Delivery
The delivery times provided by Ladybits are estimates only. Ladybits will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Ladybits cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to your personal contact information (SMS or email) being released to Australia Post for the purpose of providing the customer with notifications pertaining to the progress of their parcel(s). This tracked service is offered for the benefit of the customer.
Acceptance of the Goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notify us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
Warranties
All warranties offered are the manufacturers warranties and not that of Ladybits.
Refunds & Returns
Returns and refunds are only accepted under the terms of ACL. For example if the item is faulty. We do not refund if you simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. Please make sure you check all sizing information prior to purchase. Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any breast forms, underwear, earrings, makeup or contact lens purchases.
Order Cancellations
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Ladybits can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Ladybits reserves the right to refuse order cancellations.
