You can book an express appointment or a longer appointment depending on your needs. As Ladybits is a one stop shop, some customers like to book for 1-2 hours or more, especially if you are wanting a breast form fitting, or are new to the experience. It is important for you to arrive promptly for your appointment. You may not want to purchase on your first visit, and it is perfectly ok to just come and browse just remember there is a non-refundable $100 fee for a private appointment. Please note: For makeup and makeover services, these need to be booked at least 2 weeks in advance as we employ professionals in their field to come in to the store to assist me. If you are wanting a specific wig or shoes or breast form that I do not have in stock, I am happy to let you order from my catalogues. You just need to pay a deposit and I will let you know when it arrives. We have EFTPOS facilities or you can pay cash. We do not accept cheques. You can also layby our products, and must leave a minimum 25% deposit, and full payment must be received within 4 weeks. We do not refund for change of mind. We can exchange, repair or refund on faulty goods only.

You enter via the front where Skye will greet you, or if you prefer you can enter from the back door, call Skye on 0432204735 when you arrive so you can be greeted and let in. Our space is cosy and you can even have a seat and a cuppa while you shop. There is no pressure to purchase and we happily let you browse as well. We strongly encourage you to make an appointment, but I will also try to accommodate walk-ins as well if there is no one booked in the salon.
