Yes, you can also choose to send a bank cheque, or direct debit into my account. To do this, I just need you to email or phone in your order so I can supply payment information to you. You may also choose to pay cash, but I can only accept cash payments in the salon and not via post.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post in pre-paid satchels. There is nothing identifying Ladybits on the return labels, just our postal address.
Your orders are shipped from Melbourne. You can also choose to order on the website and check ‘collect from Ladybits’ to save on postage to collect from the salon at a later date.
Absolutely NOT. The salon is a retail and professional space only. There are also no sexual services offered by any persons representing Ladybits.
You can visit the salon in male or female mode. We are a safe environment and encourage you to present in any way you are comfortable.
Ladybits is located in a private room within Costume World. There are dedicated opening hours where you can come in without an appointment. Once you arrive please ask any staff member for Sherrin. Days and hours may vary, so it is always best to check the website or Facebook page (or call/email) first to check. Private bookings occur outside of the open days/hours, but a pre-paid booking fee must be paid to secure a private booking. This fee is deductible from anything you purchase during your appointment. If you fail to arrive for your private booking, or do not cancel/re-schedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time, your booking fee will be forfeited.

You are welcome to park behind the store (enter via laneway between Be A Star Bridal and The Family Life Op Shop). Park in or as close to allocated parks for Costume World. Phone or text 0432204735 once you arrive for Sherrin to let you in the back door (marked with #5)
Breastforms, underwear, and makeup can not be returned due to health reasons. Please check all information and sizing provided before purchasing. General clothing, shoes and wigs can be exchanged if all original tags and packaging are intact and items are still in new clean condition. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and at buyers own postage expense (both ways). An exchange will be denied if the items are damaged, soiled or worn by the purchaser. Please contact Sherrin before you make any returns. A refund can not be given for wrong sizing ordered or for a change of mind. Refunds will only be given if the items are faulty or do not fit the description supplied. (As per Australian Consumer Law)
